You'll learn nutrition practices that are sane and designed with new mama life in mind. We'll cover options for a gradual return to movement and activity that will make you stronger and we'll discuss mindset shifts while navigating bodies that are different from before. You'll leave the class with an 8 Phase return to exercise program and a nutrition framework to support your goals with bite sized practices.

Whether you're weeks or years into your postpartum journey, or you're pregnant and looking ahead, this class is for you to develop your newfound power both physically and mentally as a mama.

Quarterly class for anyone wanting to learn more about menstruation. We’ll start with what’s happening in the body and then cover practical application: what’s normal, what isn’t, how to manage it all, along with the wide variety of menstrual products available and how to use them.

Every month Health Coach Rebecca will break down a nutrition strategy and how to make it work for the whole family without the added anxiety. You’ll come out of each class with a sense of what is your responsibility and what is your children’s (so it’s not all on you) and a recipe that the whole family will want to try.
