Breathe away stress and soothe your nervous system with this restorative breathwork and meditation class. Suitable for all levels, these sessions provide you with an opportunity to reconnect to your body and intuition, release tension, and nourish yourself from the inside out. Classes consist of 25-35 minutes of breath work followed by meditation and integration.
Meets the first Tuesday of every month at 10am. Led by Katrina MacIver, Holistic Health Coach, BSc, MRes.
