You've gone through an incredible journey giving birth. This class gives an empowering overview for your health postpartum including nutrition, movement, and mindset....and how those can help support your rest and recovery as a parent.

You'll learn nutrition practices that are sane and designed with new mama life in mind. We'll cover options for a gradual return to movement and activity that will make you stronger and we'll discuss mindset shifts while navigating bodies that are different from before. You'll leave the class with an 8 Phase return to exercise program and a nutrition framework to support your goals with bite sized practices.

Whether you're weeks or years into your postpartum journey, or you're pregnant and looking ahead, this class is for you to develop your newfound power both physically and mentally as a mama.
