Learn the science behind pranayama and meditation, why these techniques are so powerful for balancing your nervous system, and how you can incorporate them into your daily life. We'll then put learning into action with a gentle, nourishing practice that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed, and can be easily repeated at home.
